To cancel your server, follow the following steps:

1. Login to my.Servstra at https://my.servstra.com/clientarea.php

2. Click on the 'My Products & ServiceMy Products & Services' link

3. Click the 'View Details' button for the server you want to cancel (button located to the far right)

4.Click on the 'Request Cancellation' button (located at the bopttom of the page)

5. For cancellation type, select either 'Immediate' or 'End of Billing Period' and the click the 'Request Cancellation' button

At least 5 days notice before the next due date is required to cancel a server otherwise the next month's fee applies.
