To submit a support ticket, following the following steps:
1. You must first login to the my.Servstra client portal at https://my.servstra.com/clientarea.php
2. Click on the 'Submit Ticket' link that is located halfway down the page.
3. Click on the 'Support dept' link
4. Complete the form and submit the ticket.
